About the Photographer - Jonathan Friolo

Jonathan Friolo was born on an island outpost in the Great White North spending much of his time outdoors. He grew up influenced by nature, art and the humble teachings of wise parents. He developed his keen eye through formal art training, but honed his photographic skills on the mean streets of Hollywood. A harden photojournalist with numerous battle scars, yet a constant optimist in the toughest situations. Never one to feel limited, he lives by the motto, "To hell with circumstances, I create opportunities."

On his free time he enjoys the inspiration of a beautiful wife, maintains an open mind to the world and likes walking his dog. He's an avid literary fan of Charles Bukowski, a constant observer of the eclectic, and has a penchant for late night Vietnamese soup in LA's Koreatown.
